Completion and return of the above Runner Questionnaire is treated as acceptance by both parties of the following terms and conditions.
Runner’s Responsibilities: To ensure my physical condition is not at risk by participating in the running and other activities offered by runcoaching.co.uk - To understand the risks involved in running and other physical activities and assume reasonable personal responsibility for my health and safety while participating in the programme - To release runcoaching.co.uk from any and all claims or damages arising from my participation in an individualized training programme - To advise runcoaching.co.uk of my progress including training and racing results and perception of the level of comfort and challenge that the programme provides - To notify runcoaching.co.uk if you may be in the early stages of illness or injury so that the appropriate adjustments may be made to your programme - To notify runcoaching.co.uk after each 4 week period of progress and any change to future running goals.
Runcoaching.co.uk Responsibilities - To design an individualized training programme taking into consideration the runner’s current fitness level and future goals - To be available by email and phone to offer advice on matters related to the training programme To reply to emails within 48 hours (or otherwise notify runner in advance of any times when this will need to be extended) To send at the conclusion of each 4 week cycle (or otherwise agreed timescale) a revised training cycle for the next period based on the runner’s feedback.
