We tailor each individual training programme to suit your lifestyle and goals.

Run Coach Dave has been running since the age of 9. He completed his first marathon
aged 18 in just 2 hrs 40 mins.
Dave has personal best times of 14.20 for 5k, 29.20 for 10k and 65 mins for half
marathon.
He coaches runners and triathletes of all standards and still competes in road races,
triathlons and duathlons.
